Yes items purchased can be returned within 14 days of purchase for full refund if you change your mind. The buyer has to pay for the return purchase.

Why is the metal called sterling silver and not silver?

Accepted Answer

Sterling silver is 92.5% silver and not pure silver. Hence sterling silver is also called 925 silver.
Silver is mixed with other metals to create 92.5% silver alloy which prevents the silver from tarnishing very fast as is the case for pure silver.

How long will my purchased item take for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery within UK is within couple of days of purchase. Purchased items are posted either the same day and mostly the following day using Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For postage.
International delivery will depend on Royal Mail's delivery times but are mostly delivered within a week of posting.
